How to decrease height of Nav-bar

If you have our Spacing add-on, you can do this in the Customizer under the "Element Spacing" section.

Otherwise, you would have to use CSS to reduce it.

Let me know if you'd prefer the CSS.

I need to reduce the size through CSS because I have reduced it to the maximum possible through the customizer options but I want to reduce it more and it is not possible with the options there.
