How to customize search results after clicking tag

Hi, what's the best way to customize the search results page that shows up after clicking a tag? Right now it looks like this https://ibb.co/7n4xRdV
I tried creating a block with element type=Content Template and I added the display rule of Location=Page Tag (https://ibb.co/R4pWbW9) but it doesn't change anything. Can you help?
