How to Customize Posts (When Using Show Latest Posts on Home Page)

Hi GP Support,

I am using the site template "Broadcast" and want to customize the order of my Posts on the home page. Seems like it defaults to show the most recent posts - any way to change that? Such as show only posts from a certain category? Or change the sort order to ascending/descending by date?

If not, is this post layout available as a widget or element that I can insert into a standard page (so I can keep it and create a custom page for homepage instead).
