How to create thumbnail product images in category page?

Hello Team,
In my project, woocommerce category page all product images loaded very big in size it's take time to load, I want to create thumbnail for fast loading or reduce page size. How to create thumbnail?

The theme lets WooCommmerce do it's own thing with its product images.
