For the "Time to read" text, we assess how you can add that after you've created everything else in your Content Template.

I have created the Content Template with "Layout with offset content", but after publishing it is not reflecting on the homepage...

Can you try Front Page as the display rule location?

Have you checked your Cloudflare for any caching-related settings?

If so, can you provide admin login credentials? We'll take a closer look and see why it isn't working.

Actually, can you temporarily remove all custom functions you have in functions.php to test?

Please do this yourself so you can make a copy of the functions first.
