how to create thin line between header and block element

Hello,
I want to create thin line between my header and the next element because colors are pretty similar and they blend. I need some thin line that separates the 2 elements. Can somebody give me advice how to do it, please. Here is the site - https://fastpayoutcasino.com/

Looks like the element is created with GB's container block - have you tried adding a top border to the container?
