How to create site like this?

Can we create site something like this using GPP? ==> WHO
Any recommendation?
Which is the best site library to import?

Hi there,
not a site specifically designed like that.
Not too difficult to build from top down:
1. Primary Navigation set to Above Header with Search enabled.
2. Site Header default settings with Logo added to Site ID.
3. Secondary Navigations et to Below Header
4. Header Element to create hero image and text below.
5. Content could be laid out using WP Show Posts plugin.
Do I need to use elementor plugin for this?
Not really.
The Header Element is a module in GP Premium - heres how and includes a link some examples:

WP Show Posts allows you to create lists of post by Category or Tag and you just add them to your page using Shortcodes:
