How to create post scroller on generatepress?

I would like to create sticky post scroller/slider on single post post, which should be appeared before single post title or below header. Lik this one: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/governors-bring-back-severe-coronavirus-lockdowns-tighten-restrictions-as-cases-hit-record-highs

Hi there,

Something like that would need a third-party plugin or a custom solution for sure.

Unfortunately I'm not aware of a specific plugin that offers this option though.
