I intend to have filters in the left sidebar like in (link on private).

Please advice.

I own GeneratePress Premium and GenerateBlocks Pro.

you would need a plugin like Search and Filter

There is a Premium version for that plugin too if more advanced filtering is required, or the alternative to that is FacetWP.

Is that website using Search and Filter as well? My filter is will exactly same with that website.

No, that site has a custom developed child theme which looks to include that Filter widget.
The Search and Filter plugin should be able to replicate that, it may just require a little CSS to make it look similar.
