How To create custom coloured text box

We are using classic editor and we want to have custom boxes like the URL I have shared. How we can achieve that.

Hello leo thanks for the quick reply. Sry we are not using Gutenberg editor. All our writers are using classic editor. So can this be achieved with css. If yes please provide a solution. Thanks
