How to create a unique title graphic after head section of each page?

Hello, I would like to have a different graphic displaying the name of each of my main pages. This graphic must be displayed just after the header section and not in the main container.

I have achieved this by putting the html into the "after header" section of the hooks plugin. However, this then obviously displays the same graphic across the entire site as no individual pages are specified.

How can I display specific graphics in the same position on specific pages?

Ant help would be most appreciated, thanks in advance.
