How do I place my website notice above my top bar? Is there a way to prioritize two of the same blocks?

Hi there,

if you have multiple block elements using the same Hook, you can edit the element and set its Priority a block eleemnt with lower priority value eg. 5 will show before a one with a higher value eg. 10 which is the default.
