How to create a post grid like this one.

Hi guys! I'm using "Marketer" layout for create my website, it's a small blog, nothing fancy but eventualy I'll need to improve my categories pages (or create new pages to show posts and replace categories).
I want to show my posts in a grid like this: mockupworld and add some filters based on tags to improve user experience.
There's any way to do it with generatepress? if not there's any way to do it with a plugin?
