Hiya guys
How can I create a picture with a caption containing a hotlink in the right sidebar of my homepage?
Here's an example of what I'm trying to do: like the "Welcome! Read about us" photo and caption on this page?

Hi there,
in Customizer > Widgets > Right Sidebar - add a Text Widget. It provides the option to add an Image, and then you can add some text and attach a link to it.
