How to create a full width responsive hero section in marketer theme

Dear team Could you assist me in creating a hero section just below the navigation. In the hero section, I want to add h2 sections and one newsletter subscription section.

you can use a Block Element:

Select the Hook: after_header to position it below the navigation.
We recommend using the GenerateBlocks Plugin to create your layouts, you can use a GB Container Block to provide the full width color background, and your content inside that.
Is generate block pro is available for generatepress users?
GenerateBlocks Pro is separate product.
But you can do what i explained with the Free version :)
