How to Create a custom layout

Hello, I want my layout to be custom because i have different categories and I would love to create layouts on the homepage depending on the posts category like in my previous theme but i couldn't find how. Can a support team help me work through the steps to achieve this?

Just to have our Categories split into sections, even close to the "DISPATCH" site library we choose
You will need the query loop block from GenerateBlocks 1.5 which is currently in beta testing:

This beta is not good for live site with massive audience each there because of bugs
In that case, you can try WP's query loop block, but that will require a lot of customization.
I can't go through the technicalities now, in the absence of better alternative we might lie low
Dispatch was using WP SHOW POSTS plugin to create posts lists, the function of WP SHOW POSTS has been merged to the Query loop block of GenerateBlocks plugin.
I would suggest create a staging site and build the layout using GB 1.5 there, when it's officially released, you can publish that to your live site.
