    Hi Tom,

Is there a way to create a simple “built-in” image gallery slider for GP? Perhaps by PHP or something?

I am aware that the easiest way to do this is by using a plugin.
However, the problem with gallery slider plugins is that you have to create the gallery, outside of the post. Just like creating and publishing a new post.
On the other hand, the default WP gallery only displays all the image at once or by rows and columns.
I’m not sure if that can be arranged to display as a slider instead. There’s no slider option.
My previous theme, NewspaperX, had a built-in image slider that doesn’t require the user to create a gallery post outside of the editor.

I don’t need a complex slider. I just want the images / graphs to be displayed one at a time with the user able to click next/black or “<” / “>” to view the next image.

I wonder if we can also do that with GP? Perhaps you have an existing code or someone has already implemented this.
    Kindly let me know.

    Thanks,
