how to copy a page

I am presently building my site in a test site. So let's say I finish my home page and I want to copy it to my actual main site. If I don't use sections, I can just copy the html and paste it into the home page of my main site. However if I use sections, the html is not available. Is there a way to create a page with sections and then copy or export it so that I can use it elsewhere?

And on another subject - is there a way for me to display all the threads which I have started here to pull up the answers to previous questions?
