How to control the underline of the text with hyperlink

1. when adding the hylink to the text, dont show the underline
2. how to control or delete the underline for the text with hyperlink?
3. when adding the hyperlink, then no show the underline, but when the mouse click the text with hyperlink, then show the underline when mouse hoving, then how to control it?

it is better if just using the function from the theme and generatepress blocks
