Google fonts affect the website speed. How to remove google fonts complete from the site and code?

I want to remove href='//fonts.googleapis.com/css? completely from the code. it is affecting site speed.
The two snippets Elvin suggested should work.
Have you added them?
Maybe another plugin is loading it as well?
