How to change video size?

Hiya,
Not sure if I can use generatepress with this or the regular wordpress but anyway, I have uploaded a 'video' on one of my pages and noticed there's no way to change the size. Is there a way to do this?

Hmm not much we can do about that.
Have you considered uploading the video to a service like YouTube then use the YouTube block?
It works better that way from my experience. Then you don't have to host the video on your site as well.
I suppose I can try that! I'm worried about video quality reduction.
I do have it on instagram but have been unable to link or embed it.

Looks like WordPress doesn't have a specific block for Instagram.
