[Support request] How to change the title on Posts Pages on the Dev template

Hi I have the Dev template. I wish to update the Post Pages page that came with it. It currently has the title “Helpful articles and insight into our agency” that I wish to change. However, when I click edit page, there’s no option to edit it.

Please advise.

Dev uses the Header Element:

You will find them in Appearance > Elements – edit the one titled: Blog Page Header
