[Support request] How to change the position of this option toolbar?

How can I have the toolbar circled in red display not on top of the screen but just above the related button in the middle of the page/text?

Hi there,

The editor is handled by WP core so it’s not something the theme can control.

I don’t believe it’s very easy to re-position the tool bar but you can try checking with with WP’s support team.

The weird thing is that it is positioned there only on one of my web sites. All of my other web sites using GP do have the toolbar appear right on top of the elements within the pages it relates to???

in the 3 dot menu in the top bar of the editor, uncheck the View -> Top Bar otpion
