How to change the page settings?

hi
I've copied text from an old homepage into my new one. Now this text is so large to the side that it's barely readable and I don't find any settings how I can adjust the size so that it's same like for other pages of my website.
I'm not good in writing in english, so I try in german and maybe you can use google translate:
Ich habe von einer alten Webseite Text reinkopiert und er ist viel zu breit, so dass er schlecht lesbar ist. Wo finde ich die Einstellungen für die Seitenbreite? Ich möchte, dass das Layout gleich ist wie bei den anderen Seiten meiner Webseite.

the Vinyasa site uses a Layout Element:

In Dashboard > Appearance > Elements you will see an Element titled: GenerateBlocks Full Page Width
This Layout is setting all Pages to Full Width.
So when you create a new Page, it will be Full Width. The first thing you need to do is add a Container Block to your page, this will allow you control the width of the content.
