How to change the header title on the article page in the "Article" theme?

Hello,
I am currently stuck on a problem with the theme "Article". I don't want a static home page, I want the article page to be the home page. Unfortunately, I don't want to succeed in changing the title on the article page from "Blog" to something else. When I change the title on the other pages, it changes the name in the menu and the header title. Only on the posts page it doesn't work. Then only the name in the menu changes, but not in the header. There remains "Blog". I've also tried changes in the "Elements", but I just can't figure out how to do it.
Can you please give me a little hint how to proceed? That would be very nice.
