How to change the generic social media address to mine?

My theme came with social media icons in the main page footer. I want to change the generic address to my address. How do I do that?
Hi Tyrone,
You can change the links of the social media icons by editing them on Appearance > Widgets.
Check the Footer Widget area 1 and you should see a widget w/ all the social icons you have. Change the links associated to each icon to your preference. :D
