How to change the footer folds on crypto site

Hello there! I'm wondering where I can edit the footer folds on the crypto site. I don't know where to find this section. The section are as follows:
1. Crypto- Get started now
2. Questions
I can't find it in pages or the footer section for me to edit. I wish I could add a link but my site isn't live yet. Please let me know so that I can further explain if need be.

Crypto uses Block Elements to create the Footer ( and other dynamic content ):

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Elements ( or when logged in and viewing a page go to the Admin Bar > Elements Menu ) and edit the element titled: Footer
