Hi Dev,

I can see it’s a headline block of GB. Headline block comes with a feature called highlight, and you can set the color only for the words selected to be highlight.

Please be noted, the 1st highlight with the A icon is a feature of WP, the second highlight option with the mark icon is the GB feature.
