Hi there,

1. The width changes whether you have the "Footer Layout" set to "Contained" or "Fluid" in "Appearance > Customize > Layout".

2. The color can be changed easily using our Colors addon in "Appearance > Customize > Colors > Footer Colors".

Let me know if you need more help :)

that worked. i have a follow up.
how can i change the "height" of that same area?

i am able to change the height of the primary menu,
but can't find the option for the footer

The "Spacing" addon will allow you to reduce the height of the footer.

Go to "Appearance > Customize > Element Spacing" and you'll see the "Footer" option at the bottom :)

thanks

You're welcome :)
