How to change the align from a header widget ?

Hi
how are You?
I wanna ask You how can I change the align from a header widget JPG
on http://www.sanclean.pl/ ?
I try to have it CENTER and then add 25px margin from the TOP...

Hi there,
is that the Sites Logo ?
If so why not add it the Logo in the Customizer > Site Identity.
Then in Customizer > Layout > Header you can:
a. set the Alignment to Center
b. add 25px Top Padding.
