How to change Post Title and its color when hover

Dear GP Team,
I would like to change the color of the post title in the home page of Volume site library and when the user hovers over it
I can change the primary menu color successfully.
Please show me how to do for the home page post titles
Hi there,
in Appearance > Elements there are 2 x Block Element - Content Templates titled:
Post Archive Template
First Post Template
Edit them individually, select the Headline Block this set to display the Post Title, and change its Hover color
