How To Change My URL (Not working)

Hello! I have generate press premium, and can not change my url on pages or posts.
1. I go to quick edit https://imgur.com/DcTY240 change it, but opens in another page
2. In the Edit Post, there is no option beside it. https://imgur.com/undefined
