How to change layout design of 404 page and archive pages?

I want to change the layout design of my 404 page and archive pages, is there a way how to do it with GP pro? I will be using Gutenberg blocks as my page editor.

you can create a Block Element - Content Template:

Build your 404 page there, and set the Display Rules to: 404 Template.
