[Resolved] How to change background colour for header transparent bar?

Please advise me how to change the colour of the header. I have set red but when I scroll down it becomes transparent. Is there any solution?

Can you confirm that the navigation background is not set to transparent in the customizer?

Please check under Customizer > Colors > Primary navigation.
