How to center headline and meta date

I'm using WP Show Posts to create a listing of posts for the home page and posts page. I just have a simple image, title, and date. Is there a way to adjust the positioning of the title and date so it's centered under the image or left justified with the image? Wasn't sure if there was a setting I could adjust or if CSS was required.

Hi there,
you can edit the WPSP list and change the Image Alignment to Left. This will keep the text and image aligned.
