How to best remove the Next and Previous post at the bottom of the post content

Hi there!
May I ask for help or at least a recommended solution on how to properly removed this next and previous option at the bottom of every posts?
I can't find the theme option to remove this. I think this has something to do with the previous theme of the site? I don't know. Please refer to my screenshot.

If you could help me find to turn it off using the theme options then that will be great.If it's not possible then, could someone suggest what's the best thing to remove this.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Blog. On the single tab, uncheck "display post navigation" as shown here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6ue7x74
