How to avoid showing page title?
5 replies · Started by Cay on May 7, 2021
After searching a lot in the docs and here in different threads I still don't have an answer.
I have recently installed the Agency Theme from your site library and now I notice that one page has a page title (h1) above the ordinary H1 headline. But I don't want it to show up. Just like the other pages behave.
The title is visible on this page Visible Page Title
But the other pages are OK. Where can I change this?
Hi there,
on the link you provided i can only see a single H1 title which is added directly to the page content using a Headline block. What am i missing ?
He, he I guess it was me desperately looking for a solution. I came to Elements and noticed that I could eliminate the Page Title. If that is the right place to adjust visibility, everything is OK. Sorry for any inconvenience. I didn't mean to cheat you.
As a total newcomer to Generatepress, I try to understand the ins and outs as fast as possible.
Thank you for a rapid comment!
Aah yes - there are many ways a title can be displayed.
I would recommend checking out the Elements module docs here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/elements-overview/
They're super powerful and allow you to dynamically change layouts and content.
Glad to be of help.
Thank you so much for god guidance. Much appreciated.
You're welcome
