How to auto add anchor link and icon on post H2 title?

you can use the GenerateBlocks plugin to add Headlines with Icons:

With the (any) Block selected, in Advanced > HTML Anchor you can add your unique ID eg. section-1

Then in your Menu you set the URL to the unique ID prefixed with a # eg. #section-1
