How to apply a rotation effect to parts of a headline?

Hi

in this headline " Do you want your website to be popular?" I want to flip the word "your website to be popular" with some other phrases like "to scale your business" and "to gain more time" using a rotation effect, as seen in this example. The question mark should remain the same.

Is this something I can achieve using the GBB-headline-block & Effects?
