Can you try to add the background color and border to the container block instead of the headline block?

still I have some questions:
1) How can i make the text vertically center?
2) How can i make the table responsive?
3) There's a way to make all the containers same height?

1. Each column is a Container Block, and it has a Vertical Alignment option:

2. How responsive ? Do you want to keep the same column widths on mobile?
If so you need to switch to Mobile Preview, select each column and set the to the same % width they are on desktop.

3. In the Container Blocks > Spacing you can set a Minimum Height.
