How to adjust the sidebard (from right to left)

Now I put the sidebar of product categories on the right.

I want to move the sidebar of product categories from right to left, I mean

when I click the menu "Metals", the sidebar of the product categories at the position of 3 will be shown at the position of 1 on the left.
