How to adjust primary menu space on top and bottom

Dear Tom,
I'm struggling with this one thing. As you can see http://www.step1englishonline.com/ my primary menu has more space on top than on the bottom. How can I adjust this so it is perfectly in the middle?

Hi Miguel,
You should be able to adjust that in Customizer > Layout > Header > Header Padding.
Let me know.
