How to adjust margin-top padding

I have an affiliate disclaimer which is a h6 that sits after the post date and above the body. I want to reduce the padding above this and increase the padding below it so that it sites nearer to the title than the body. The h6 is within a div which is class="code-block code-block-1". Thanks
