How to add this inquiry form at the right sidebar?

hello how are you?
i want to add the same or similar inquiry form at the right sidebar and please check the screenshot ulr (https://prnt.sc/w56qgh) and the URL of the resource in the private information, would you like to recommend any plugin or methods?
also, can I make this form by Generateblock plugin or Generatepress Element?

There are no form functionality built in within the theme or Generateblokcs. You'll have to get a plugin for that.
After installing and making this form within the plugin, you should be able to insert it to the right sidebar using the plugin's shortcode or widget.

You can try WPForms, Formidable forms or NinjaForms but we can't really be sure if they are well maintained after WP 5.6 as these things are out of our scope.
A bit of Google search for popular forms plugin can help. :D
