How to add the container which is bottom menu inside footer-bar?

I want to add bottom menu(which is pages) horizontally aligned just above the footer that will be common to all pages. How is this done?

Hi there,
go to Customizer > Widgets > Footer Bar and add a Navigation Menu widget.
