[Resolved] How to add the call button and WhatsApp button Its icon is floating in all pages

Can anyone recommend me the best way to add a sticky side button (contact – whatsapp).
I already tried a couple of plugins.

I don’t want to use plugins.
Is there a code?

GP Premium is on version 2.1.2
and the GP Theme is on 3.1.3

I would recommend you update them
