I found that this website (https://www.ensmartech.com/) is using the Generatepress theme.
may I know how to add a slideshow for the posts on the homepage? what plugin or css code?

yes, it is this plugin. But it is paid plugin for everything.
if don not use this plugin, can i add this Responsive Slider at homepage?
You would need to find another plugin that does the same thing.
Unfortunately i do not know of any free plugins that do that.
