[Support request] How to add recent posts using WP Show Post

I’m using Dispatch from site library, and I want to show recent posts on Where its written More Articles at the bottom of front page.

Would you tell me single steps how to make it?

If so, go to dashboard > WP show posts > add new.

There’re lots of settings in the plugin, choose options according to your need. Once it’s done, on the right side you’ll see the shortcode.

Copy this shortcode, go to pages > all pages > Cover Page, click edit, replace the shortcode below more articles with your new shortcode.

In the WP show posts, there is only category, post tag and post format I can choose.

How do I make it display as recent posts?

I mean , When I add the new WP Show Post on a nre post or page, it works. but When I added it to the cover page, it doesnt work.
