How to add panigation in theme

I have posted 10 blog post. I want to add pagination in home page.
Tell me how to add it.

It should be enabled by default and there isn't an option to turn it off.
Can you link me to the page in question?

I see exactly 10 posts on your home page which is why there isn't pagination.
What happens when you add another post?
I want to breakdown 10 post in two parts 5 and 5 using PAGINATION.
Have you tried changing the Blog pages show at most setting in the WordPress reading setting screen?
