how to add new svg file?

Hello team,
I have a simple question which I am unable to resovlve it. Please help me out.
I want to add this arrow on my buttons(desired website is given in private area) which is added in this website's button too. can you please help me out with svg link or direct me where can I get safe svg icons? specially I need this icon really badly.
Additionally, When I use pre-added svg icons from icons section in myy website, I can see these icons are taken from http://www.w3.org. But when I visit that website, I am really confused, where is all these icons. Can you correct me please? Thank you.

Actually, the website which I provide in private area, is not mine. I provided that website just for showing that "I want something like this".
Meanwhile, video link you sent covers all solution of my problem. So from my side, problem is solved.
